I loved the gym, the best and most complete in any hotel I've been in. I really like the design of the hotel, plus how there is a big pool in the middle and places to relax. I liked the restaurant designed breakfast room, although the breakfast itself needs much improvement. Most of the staff was courteous, the best of the best customer service. Cleaning and restaurant crew were great and attentive, the front desk staff was more on the downside, although still courteous and respectful. The room (double bed) was pretty spacious, with a table and no sofa, had tile instead of carpet. The fridge in our room was not working, no microwave, there was a lockable safe, and there was an open place to hang clothes and a to iron.

Breakfast: we needed to take the 5:00 am shuttle to the airport so the hotel provided us with a tasty, "to go" breakfast conveniently packed including orange juice, scrambled eggs, plantain, black beans, potatoes, and tamal. The shuttle service was on time and the driver was very accommodating. This is the closest hotel to the airport, about 10-15 minutes, allowing us to sleep as long as possible in the morning! The hotel was quite. The outdoor pool/pool area is large with lounges and tables and bar service surrounded by lawn, palm trees and singing birds. We did not eat dinner at the hotel. The air conditioning worked well.

Property is very clean; room A/C worked great, plenty of hot water with good pressure in the shower. Beds and bedding very confortable. Liked the swimming pool and the small bar. Parking lot is covered by security so no worries about our rental car. We also used the free hotel to airport shuttle.
